Pack Your Gear
Place your unworn items back into their original shoebox or packaging, then secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are completely covered.
Drop Off & Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
