How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also view your order status by logging into your account and selecting 'Order History'.
What is your return policy for athletic footwear?
We offer a 45-day return policy for most items. Products must be in original, unworn condition with the tags attached and the original shoebox included.
Does Finish Line offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States, including U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses.
How do I join the STATUS loyalty program?
You can sign up for STATUS for free on our website or mobile app. Members earn points on every purchase that can be redeemed for exclusive rewards and experiences.
Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders immediately. Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or modify it. You may return the items once they arrive.
